About Dee Dee Hill
I've been a Realtor for over 10 years and I can't imagine ever doing anything else. I absolutely LOVE what I do! Given the vast amount of real estate agents, and the fierce competition, I think that what really makes me stand out....is my passion! Helping people to achieve their dreams and/or move to the next chapter of their lives, makes me proud and drives everything I do. If you're looking for a Realtor that will be by your side through every step of the process....my team and I would love to work with you!

FAQ
First thing you need to do is find a reputable mortgage company and a loan officer that you're comfortable with and get pre-approved. It's such a seller's market right now that all listing agents are requiring a pre-approval letter to be submitted with the offer.
Have an agent come in with fresh eyes and give you advise on what you need (or don't need) to do to prepare your home for the market. A good agent knows what buyers are looking for and can advise you. It's a seller's market right now, so your home will certainly sell, but an agent will show you how to get top dollar.
I've worked with first time home buyers that are starting a family, to what I call "empty nesters" that are down-sizing. I always enjoy helping my clients into that next chapter of their lives....no matter where they are in their book.
My background in interior design definitely comes into play when I'm assisting my clients with the staging of their home for the market. Staging is so important in getting top dollar for your home. My background in construction is very beneficial to my buyers.
