About Dee Ann Arey

Dee Ann has been in Colorado so long (more than 25 years in the Denver area) that she feels like a native. She knows the region like the back of her hand. She and her husband raised three daughters here, so she knows the area's playgrounds, parks, highways, byways, schools, theatres, and just about everything else about this wonderful place. Her love of Denver, and of Colorado on the whole, is what led her to become a REALTOR®. Each time she leaves her home and sees our mountains, creeks, and beautiful parks, she realizes how fortunate she is to live her and wants other people to experience that, too. Dee Ann was always a step ahead of us in every aspect from searching to the closing of our forever home! She answered all our many questions in a timely matter! Dee Ann did a fantastic job helping me buy my new home. She was available at a moments notice, was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful! She helped me negotiate a good price, connected me with a great lender, helped me hire a great home inspector and appraiser, and was with me every step of the way. She answered any questions that I had and made sure that everything was as I hoped it would be. At the closing, she was there to make sure that everything went off without a hitch. From the first viewing of the home, to the last document to be signed she was right there with support and guidance.

Dee Ann was so amazing, both my boyfriend and I were young and didnt really know much about what we were doing except we wanted a home to call ours. She helped us every step of the way and never made us feel belittled for lack of knowledge, rather she was willing to educate us on all the things we asked silly questions about. Dee Ann showed us the home we ended up choosing that wed never ever thought to even view, little did we know she knew exactly what we dreamed of before we did. So if youre thinking about an agentaEUR| CHOSE HER. I felt like I had a whole other branch of family by the end. Bitter sweet to sign and close for sure !
