Five stars are not sufficient to "rate" the excellence in which Deb Wood provided in the selling of my condo. I had it listed for six months prior to Deb with another realtor. I did not have one single offer. When my contract ended, without knowing anything about her, I chose Deb, mainly from her excellent reviews. Long story short, within the first two weeks of Deb listing it, I had an offer, almost for the full asking price! I just closed two days ago. The transition was smooth, and Deb walked me through the entire process with an expertise you rarely find in business this day and age. I cannot say enough about her superb business acumen. And in the process, I became a friend, because of her kind nature and desire to accommodate her clients in any way possible. To conclude (I really could go on and on), as a newlywed, she has made our dreams come true and has given us our "new beginning" we have been working toward for over six months. ZillowVERIFIED I met Deb through her on line real estate listings. After a few e-mails detailing what I was looking for, she created a list of potential properties to explore. So I traveled to Gulf Shores to have a look. Deb was extremely knowledgeable about the area. She was relaxed and took the time to listen to what my needs were. She asked key questions that helped focus our search. We probably looked at 8 or 10 properties and kept returning to one. At this point Deb went the extra mile to see if the location would indeed return the revenue we were expecting. (vacation rental) When we decided to present an offer, Deb once again, used her local knowledge and expertise to suggest a solid offer. She handled all of the paperwork and back and forth negotiations with skill and ease. This took a lot of stress off us. We ended up getting the property we wanted at 10k under our target price. At this point most realtors would be done with the transaction. But Deb not only helped us set up the property for vacation rental , she also became my go to counselor on what steps I needed to take to be successful. She has been there every step of the way. This is above and beyond what most realtors would do. As a result of her help, we are well on our way to having a successful vacation rental property.
