But, having a real estate agent who is responsive, supportive, and full of knowledge makes the process so much smoother. That is exactly what Deb brought to the table. We initially met Deb at an open house and we knew right away that we would love to have her as our agent. She is energetic and more than willing to go that extra mile to ease your worries. In the career that I have chosen, I ask questions of people all day long. That tends to carry over into my private life. Despite my plethora of questions, Deb always quickly responded with exactly what I needed. I always feel like you can tell the true nature of a person by how children respond to them. Well, our son (who is not yet 3) loved Deb. Throughout the entire process he would ask if she was coming over, and he still talks about her to this day. We had the additional stress of selling and buying at the same time. Deb did a wonderful job of walking us through the steps and ensuring a headache free process. When it came time for the home inspection, financing needs, and even moving, she had plenty of contacts and persons whom she recommended, all of who were professional and just as skilled. We would highly recommend Deb to anybody looking to sell, buy, or sell and buy. We would have absolutely made this recommendation prior to the closing. However, the "cherry on top" was when Deb came over after the closing with some very thoughtful gifts for our family, including our son. Anybody would be hard pressed to find a better person in helping them make such a life changing move.
