ZillowVERIFIED We interviewed multiple realtors and Debra and her partner April were an amazing team and definitely the right choice of realtors to sell my mother's home of 40 years. They came into the home and immediately were positive about the 'bones' of the home despite the updating that most buyers would prefer to be done. The other realtors focused primarily on the needed updates and the more negative points of the home. Debra provided guidance on where to focus our attention to optimally show the features of the home. In addition, she provided staging ideas and elements that gave prospective buyers both online through photos (great photographer - captured each room beautifully) and a virtual tour as well as in person tours a fantastic vision of the house's potential. This was critical especially during this Covid-19 period when agents were not allowed to tour homes with clients to point out features. Debra was always responsive to inquiries and follow-up. Within a week we received multiple offers and was in Contract within 10 days of listing. The sale price was above asking and we couldn't be happier with the results that Debra provided. For a results driven process with positive energy and helpful ideas I can highly recommend Debra and team!

ZillowVERIFIED After my 93 year old mother decided to begin a new adventure in independent living in Connecticut to be closer to family, my sister, brother-in-law, mother and I met with three different realtors on August 6th. We were very impressed with Debra and felt that she would go the extra mile. Well, not only did she go the extra mile...she went at least an extra 10 miles. Debra handled finding handymen, an exterminator, initiating and arranging a successful tax grievance, staging the house beautifully, etc. She even brought her boyfriend over a couple of times to help us move furniture and take care of some other things. They even made a run to Goodwill to drop off some donations for us. She kept us informed every step of the way. In late August, the house went on Multiple Listing. After getting 4 different offers and a minor bidding war, we accepted an offer for $1,000 more that list after 5 days!To say we were impressed with her level of professionalism would be an understatement. We cannot recommend Debra enough. She continues to offer to facilitate and help arrange for the final emptying and clean out of the house. Debra has made the whole process of selling as painless as possible and she has earned our gratitude.

Although we didn't have much interaction with her before the sale of the house, after the sale it was Debra who went out of her way to inform us of the necessity to apply for Basic Star Exemption that had a deadline. If it wasn't for her volunteering this information (not even being her client!), we would have missed a very substantial tax break this year.
