Debra Kroon, ABR, GRI, RSPS, has been licensed in real estate in California since December 1983, advancing to broker status in June 1989. She is a Graduate, Realtors Institute (GRI), completing the required coursework in September 1992, and earned her Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation in July 1992. She has also earned the designations A-REO (Accredited - Real Estate Owned), ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), RSPS (Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist), and SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification), as well as BPOR (Broker Price Opinion Resource).
