Review It's a no Brainer..... If your reading this review to help decide if you should consider Debra Gay as your realtor then the answer is.... A 100% Yes. Bottom line, you need a realtor who can sell your house, get the best price, react to any issues that may present itself and close the deal. Debra did all of this and more. From the beginning she listened and then presented several strategies along with which strategy she recommended and why and the result was even better than I had anticipated. Debra's knowledge of both the market and the area were top notch and if she didn't know the answer to a question, which quite frankly was extremely rare, she didn't make something up or avoid the question. During the process her follow-up and speed was exceptional. She helped navigate questions and worked closely with my lawyer as well. Debra also spent all the time I needed when asking questions. Her availability was superb and made me feel like I was her only client. In a very short time she earned my complete trust and confidence. In my case my buyer had thrown some curveballs and Debra was right on top of it. She was in constant contact with the buyers' realtor as well as my lawyer resulting in fast results while virtually eliminating what would have normally been an extremely stressful situation. I highly recommend Debra and even challenge anyone to find a better realtor to sell your house!
