Debra Chadwick has been in the property business for over a decade. She is an energetic, hardworking, and resourceful individual who focuses on protecting her client's equity and maximizes the seller's revenue from each property sale. Because Debra has lived in the Triangle since the 1990s, she is able to understand the constantly shifting local market and help her clients present their homes favorably to modern buyers. Prior to relocating to the triangle area Debra lived internationally and traveled extensively throughout Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Her international business and customer relations experience combined with extensive negotiations make her especially suited to working with the various groups and cultures found in the Triangle.
