ZillowVERIFIED Debra was amazing, I'm so glad I found her! As a first time buyer and buying across country, I needed more than the average person's help. Deb walked me through each step, made sure I understood the process and what everything means and responded quickly and thoroughly to each question I had. Debra didn't just stop there. She drove the negotiations forward, kept up communication with the seller's agent and advised on best practices. When other issues arose after the closing, she yet again stepped up to the plate. Phone calls, texts, research, and even help while waiting for the movers - Debra went out of her way to help me with it all. I would recommend her to anyone considering buying or selling around this area.

ZillowVERIFIED I ask Deb to list my house in Harrisburg, IL., (she was recommended by someone who had used her before to sell their home). She explained things very well, I never felt like I was in the dark about anything. She returned my calls promptly. If I were to ever sell another home, I would definitely ask her to be my realtor. Also, if anybody ever ask if I knew a good realtor, I would definitely recommend her. I found her to be very honest, and knowledgeable about real estate. She is just a good person all around!
