ZillowVERIFIED Debra is the definition of A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. Prior to Debra, many Real Estate agents failed to meet our expectations. They were not responsive and over time failed to contact us. Once we spoke to Debra, everything changed. Within 2 days of talking to her, she found us the home of our dreams. I wrote a list of things I was seeking in a home and Debra met every single one of those expectations. Every home I walked into was EXACTLY what we were looking for. After just a couple of days, we placed an offer on our brand new home in Clarksville. Once we placed an offer, Debra stayed up late night just to have our offer written. That same night we decided to place an offer on the house, she had it prepared. I was in complete shock! We signed the document and we received a response within a day! Imagine that... within 3 days.... we found a home, placed an offer on the house, and the offer was accepted. Debra made the process nice and smooth and listened to all our wants and needs. Debra even helped us find items we were seeking for our home and sent me pictures of great deals. Morgan, Debra's assistant was very sweet and responsive. I heard from Debra and Morgan every day in regards to our home. They always informed me of actions being taken, how we were doing, and where we are in the process. We never had to ask because they were so attentive and responsive! We are very young first time home buyers and we do not know much about the process. When we had our walk through, Debra took charge and really made sure we understood features of the home and what we need to do during different seasons. She even thoroughly helped us inspect the house to make sure it exceeded our expectations. During closing, Debra made sure that we understood the meaning of every document and what we were signing. They were genuinely excited for us and for that we are truly grateful. I highly recommend Debra Butts as a Real Estate agent. I was moving from out of state and needed a lot of help finding a home big enough for my family of 5 but also in my price range. And to say I had a lot on my want/ expect list would be an understatement. Debra showed me all the houses I insisted on seeing even though she would start with I am sure this one want work but.... She called me one night and said it is on the market. I was kind of lost as we were about to write a contract on a home that I would settle for.
