Esther is the best real estate agent I have worked with! I was making an outer-state move to the Chicago area under very tight timelines and Esther is the only reason that my move was as stress-free as possible. She was very prompt in all aspects, starting from getting back to me and reaching out to discuss my needs. She is extremely knowledgeable and very considerate to your individual needs, and tailors the list of properties based on your preferences. I did not have the opportunity to go visit the properties in person, so she went herself and sent me very detailed pictures and videos, walking through the various properties. These were much more real than the photos posted online, so I truly appreciated her efforts. Every step of the way, she was very meticulous in following up and answering all my concerns. She is truly a genuine person and even though our interactions were through calls/messages/email, I could feel that she genuinely has your best interest in mind. In addition, she is very transparent about everything, which made me feel confident that I can trust her through the complicated processes. I truly appreciated working with Esther and would recommend her to anyone! In fact, the next time I move, she will be the first person on my list!
