ZillowVERIFIEDDeborah did a phenomenal job in helping us source a house of our liking. Not to mention we did this during a global pandemic, and we were out of staters from Michigan. Deborah made sure to keep us in the loop with all the deadlines. She always made herself available, literally I mean always. Anytime my wife had a question, it seemed like Deborah would give us a satisfactory answer within 10 minutes, even past 5pm. She also made sure she was educating us and giving us knowledge instead of trying to make us feel small and rush the sale. I recommend anyone who is considering on buying a home in the Denver area, give Deborah a call. You won?t regret it!
ZillowVERIFIEDDeborah was an awesome realtor to work with. I?m a first time house buyer and she made the process as painless within the Denver market as it possibly could have been. She was informative, knowledgeable, and her responsiveness was unbelievable. All hours of the day and weekends she would answer any of my questions and keep me in the loop about what?s coming and when. As well she is friendly and generally seemed to lookout for my wellbeing when it came to purchasing the house. I appreciate all that she did.
ZillowVERIFIEDOK, you all who are looking to buy or sell real estate in Colorado, listen up! We want to tell you about the absolute BEST REALTOR we?ve ever had the experience of working with (and we?ve bought and sold a few properties)!!! DEBORAH BAKER at Peak Property Group is the lady you want working for YOU whether you?re buying or selling or both! We?ve just closed two houses with her in the last week?one as a buyer, and one as a seller. These were the smoothest real estate transactions We?ve ever experienced, and here are the reasons why: 1) Deborah Baker is EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE about buying and selling real estate in Colorado. She?s done it for about seventeen years, so there?s not much she hasn?t experienced in the real estate business. 2) Deborah is an EXCELLENT COMMUNICATOR, both with her own clients as well as with cooperating agents and brokers. She is quick to respond to questions or issues that arrive, and the client is never made to feel like a nuisance. 3) Deborah walks you through the process, anticipates the needs, and TAKES CARE OF THE DETAILS before you even ask. She is the person you want NEGOTIATING for you! What an honor and a pleasure to have DEBORAH BAKER working on YOUR BEHALF! Don?t sell yourself short! Deborah Is TRULY EXTRAORDINARY at what she does! You DO deserve the best, don?t you?
ZillowVERIFIEDDeb Baker did an amazing job for us. Understanding the the business of marketing and selling a home, as well as the stressful personal toll it requires of the sellers. Deb guided us through the process start to close in 2 months, we would strongly recommend Deb to anyone whos looking for a true pro. Chuck & Bobbie Harbaugh
ZillowVERIFIEDDeborah is the best agent We?ve ever worked with. We did all of our showings over Google Hangouts as we live out of town and she was able to point out the good and bad of each property. She helped guide us to the perfect home!! She was literally available day and night to answer all of our questions.
ZillowVERIFIEDDeborah Baker took on my unique challenge with finding a home and closed in exactly 30 days!!! Yes, you read that right, Deborah made the impossible possible! Deborah went above and beyond by setting up video tours with me from over 1500 miles away as I was finishing my engineering degree in college located Upstate,NY! I hit a snag with the mortgage lender that my company provided -- they said it was impossible to close within 4 weeks. Deborah found us a mortgage lender that closed exactly 30 days, matching what the other lender would have provided in employee discount interest rate and she even conducted a second video walk through prior to the day of my official day of closing. She goes beyond the scope of a real estate agent especially with her years of experience in this profession; she is a true master negotiator! Also, a big THANK YOU to Deborah for the lock box gift, realizing how my lifestyle is with my need for service people who will be coming out often prior to my big move in day. These personal touches are why you really NEED Deborah! When youre buying over a quarter to a half of a million dollar home you need to entrust the best agent experienced to handle this next phase of your life! She found a hidden gem of a beautiful home for me! Thank you so much Deborah! There are not enough words I can convey how much I appreciate all the work you have done in helping me to start my new life in Colorado -- in my first dream home I can call my own fresh out of college!
ZillowVERIFIEDDeborah has done an excellent job from the start of guiding us through our first home buying experience. Deborah took the time to explain the home buying process in earnest detail and her broad knowledge in each step of the real estate process made every unique part of the home buying experience comfortable to navigate. Deborah took the time to familiarize us with Denvers metro area and her obvious experience with selling homes locally led her to quickly answer countless questions along the way. Deborah made us feel like we had the local knowledge and experience of having spent time in the area even though we had not yet been able to visit. Once we were comfortable with a general area and established a price range, Deborah responded promptly to our requests for showings. Her remote showing techniques allowed for us to experience homes through her perspective while sitting hundreds of miles away at our computers. These real time Google Hangout feeds were a huge benefit that made possible our remote viewings for myself in Boston and my girlfriend in Washington D.C. Deborah appreciates the need for detail and uses several techniques to give real perspective of room sizes and of floor layouts. On several occasions Deborah completed stand alone videos of her walking through condos or town homes while providing detailed commentary. The combined auditory and visual presentation left little to the imagination and was incredibly thorough. Deborah has been the MVP of our home buying team and her Pit Bull-like protection of our best interests has kept us feeling comfortable and confident the entire way. We recently had an offer accepted on a condo and now that we are in the buying process, Deborah is still in daily contact as she continues to coach us through the closing process. We could not have asked for anything more from Deborah and truly appreciate all she did to make this a pleasant, educational, and exciting experience.
ZillowVERIFIEDDeborah Baker is a very thorough real estate agent and she very helpful from the beginning when we started searching for properties all the way until the closing day. I will definitely use her again on my next home purchase.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe wanted to buy a house that was significantly out of our price range. Deborah spent the better part of a year working on different buying options and negotiating how we could make it happen in a way that worked with the seller and with our budget. We are now first time homeowners, all thanks to Deborahs expertise and true mastery in her trade. Ive talked to many agents, but Deborah by far outshines them all. Honest, kind, hardworking, and full of integrity; shes got it all. I highly recommend Deborah Baker as a real estate agent.
