ZillowVERIFIED Deborah is a real professional who knows the business and cares about her clients. Deborah helped me find and buy a house in 2006 and I never forgot how wonderful she was to work with. So, when I decided to sell that house this past April (2019), I called Deborah to sell it for me. She's a wonderful person and a sharp, real estate professional who goes above and beyond for her clients.

ZillowVERIFIED Deborah is a fantastic realtor and was the only realtor willing to list (and ultimately sell!) my house at the price I wanted. Deborah is a real go getter and willing to go the extra mile (literally and figuratively) to make sure your hous is sold at the price you want. I highly recommend Deborah as a realtor for any property located in Texas- Deborah is licensed to work state wide. Once you meet with Deborah you will understand the depth of her expertise. She is the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Deborah was recommended to us by a co-worker. Since we were from out of town we needed someone who knew Bryan, College Station and the local market. She was the perfect fit! She was very responsive, answered all our questions and found the type of houses we were looking for to show us! Deborah was very accommodating and worked her schedule around when we could come town! I loved working with Deborah and would do it again!

ZillowVERIFIED We had been through 3 realtors with little or no interest to help us find a vacation home since we were looking for something almost impossible to find. A 3 bedroom with 2 baths for under 100,000.00. We ran across one of Deborah's for sale signs on another listing and said why not. We talked with Deborah and told her what we were looking for and she told us if we give her some time she would find what we were looking for. About 3 months later we were signing papers to by exactly what we had asked Deborah to find in a great subdivision near Somerville lake.Deborah will find exactly what you are looking for and will walk you through the process.

ZillowVERIFIED Deborah Stepanek showed us several properties in the College Station area. We were not really fond of any of them, so Deborah got on her computer and found the property that we eventually bought. We had previously seen it on Zillow, but there was a sale pending. Deborah found that the sale did not take place and it was back on the market. She was excellent assistance during negotiating the sale and closing. We were very pleased with her and recommend her highly.

ZillowVERIFIED Deborah provided remarkable assistance before, durign, and after the purchase of our College Station home. We could not have been any happier with both the process and the outcome - we are now living in our "dream home!". Deborah is a consummate professional who met all of our home buying needs. She was incredibly responsive, from beginning to end, and was refreshing honest in her responses or our many questions. As we worked our way through the, at times, arduous home buying process we knew that we could always count on Deborah to provide us with sound and well-thought out advice. I strongly recommend to anyone contemplating buying or selling a home in the Bryan-College Station area to contact Deborah immediately.

ZillowVERIFIED We bought our house with Deborah's help and we couldn't have done it without her. We were renting, our contract was up, I had fallen and had to have surgery on my leg and my Dad was suddenly killed. Deborah took control! She found out what we really wanted and needed and looked, narrowed it down, so we only had to look at a couple od houses. I had to have surgery again and she made sure all the inspections and everything cared on. We couldn't have done it with out all her help and support.

ZillowVERIFIED Deborah went above and beyond our expectations in many ways. She provided numerous options within our price range and was available to show the houses within minutes of receiving our calls. Deborah found homes and negotiated with the sellers and their agents to get us the best price. With our particular home, she arranged for inspections and had the sellers pick up the tab for several problems found. Deborah even found us a mortgage company for the very best interest and finance rates! If you're looking for an honest realtor with your best interest at heart, give Deborah Stepanek a call. You'll be glad you did!

ZillowVERIFIED Deborah helped us find a condo to purchase for our daughter to use during college. She made arrangements to meet us on the weekend after a football game which was very helpful. We then looked at units for sale at a number of different complexes and ultimately picked one at Fox Run Condos that had not been our anticipated first choice. That said, we have now owned the unit for about a 18 months and we like it more and more. Since Deborah showed us so many units and complexes, I know we got the right unit for us. Give her a call!

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Deborah to find our home, and found her knowledge of the area, and her understanding of various builders and their expertise extremely valuable in our hunt. As a military family coming into College Station from overseas, Deborah was instrumental in ensuring that we got information quickly and our time in the area was maximized. She listened to what we wanted to find in a home and made sure to show us a variety of options. We visited some houses multiple times, without ever feeling that she was impatient with our desire to make the most informed decision. Deborah knows real estate laws and and statutes well, and she is up-to-date on impending changes in the community. We would definitely work with her again!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband & I would HIGHLY recommend Deborah as a realtor. She's very knowledgeable about the local area. At the time that she was helping us purchase our home, the houses were going off market as quick as they were listed! She was on the ball letting us know as soon as a house hit the market that met our criteria & got the negotiation process started quickly. She's a VERY hard worker. We were pleased with her efforts to make us feel as if we were her only clients. She's down-to-earth and easy to talk to which meant a lot to us!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I started looking to buy a home in September/October of 2015 with the intention of being moved into our new home by January of 2016. We called Deborah, who was highly recommended by USAA, and by the next day she was showing us houses all around the Bryan-College Station, TX area in our price range. By that night we had decided on a house and made an offer the next day! We closed in December and were able to move in by January, just as we had hoped for. We were first time home-buyers and she took care of everything for us every step of the way! We will definitely be working with Deborah again whenever we do decide to move in the future!
