    About Deborah Robinson

Deborah Robinson was born with a nomadic soul, a thirst for education and a will to work. Growing up in North Carolina and Virginia, the young real estate enthusiast dedicated her summers to a local agent who acted as her mentor and truly sparked Deborah's interest in real estate. Fresh out of high school and ready to further her education and begin her real estate career, Deborah began studying the subject at Virginia Commonwealth University. However, her desire for education and travel soon lead her south to Georgia where she earned two science degrees and met her husband, Chad. Upon graduating, Deborah moved to Birmingham, Alabama and pursued a nursing degree at Samford University. As Deborah's education continued, so did her love of real estate. She obtained her license and can now be found working in Opelika, Auburn, Phenix City, Smiths Station, Salem, Fort Mitchell and Seale. Deborah's positive and cheerful attitude mixed with her drive to provide the best services for her clients has made her the successful Realtor she is today.

    Answered Questions

Is shadow inventory going to crash my home value this spring?

Im in the Auburn area and we are seeing a lot of listings, March we saw a ton. a lot are moving, some are sitting. However, if your home is ready and priced right you shouldn't be worried. I do tell people watch out for when your local spring break is because that is not usually the time to list.
