ZillowVERIFIED She was excellent. Very attentive to my wants and needs. She was there when I almost lost the deal due to some issues with my old mortgage company, and she helped me find a new (and a much better) mortgage company.

ZillowVERIFIED Deborah's personal and individual touch in helping my wife and I find our first home was what stood out to us the most. We were very indecisive and very uneducated about the whole process when we first started searching for our home. Deborah was very patient and professional, and was able to educate us about the whole purchasing process, allowing us to make the best decision for our family.Deborah is very well organized, and is very efficient in her work. She was able to resolve any questions or concerns we had. I cannot imagine the nervous wrecks my wife and I would have been had we not chosen Deborah to guide us through the home-buying process. We felt very well taken care of and knew that Deborah was looking out for our best interests in finding a home for our family. We highly recommend Deborah to any person or family looking to buy or sell a home!

ZillowVERIFIED I recently sold a house in the Cuyahoga Falls area with the help of Debbie and had a very good experience. This was the second time working with her, I've had the experience of both buying and selling and she has become a good family friend over the past two years. She has always been readily available to answer questions at any time of day, including weekends and always gave good, honest and unbiased advice at every step of the process. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in Northeast Ohio, her knowledge of the area is excellent.

ZillowVERIFIED Deborah patiently worked with us for nearly a year, showing us house after house. Although we thought we would never find a new home, Deborah continued to work with us until we finally found the home for us.Once we found that home online, Deborah was able to quickly make our appointment, getting us into the home within a couple days of the listing. We decided to buy it that night and she was quickly able to work up a contract electronically and get our offer to the buyers. Throughout the entire process, she was knowledgeable, provided good advise and was strictly professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Deb came highly recommended to us. From the time we contacted her until we actually found the home we wanted was a total of maybe 2 weeks. She had multiple showings for us in no time, as was on top of everything, and we signed on the dotted line of our new home within just a few weeks. We also highly recommend Deb, and anyone has her on their side will do the same!

ZillowVERIFIED Deborah was one of the best choices we made while searching for the perfect house. She helped answer all of our questions and helped us with things outside of her job description! She truly went above and beyond her duties as a realtor. As a young couple purchasing our first home, she helped us every inch of the way and allowed us to have our parents or whoever we wanted to come by the house for different showings. She was always a call or text away if we had a question. Honestly, she made this first step a great and headache free experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Deborah Perkins proved to be reliable, knowledgeable and skilled in all aspects of selling our condo. She used all media sources at her disposal to get the condo seen by the maximum number of buyers and realtors. She was very personable and prompt, staying on top of everything from start to finish. She was helpful in pointing out a couple of things that we could do to enhance our space and followed up quickly to every question we had. We will definitely recommend her to anyone we know who may need a realtor in the future! Oh, and she sold our house in just six days!

ZillowVERIFIED Deborah was very helpful in helping me to purchase my first house. She provided a lot of useful first time home-buyer advice and had a great understanding of the areas in which I was hunting for a home. It was very easy to reach her when I had questions and she was prompt in setting up appointments to go through the various homes that we researched. I was under a lot of pressure to close quickly once I found the home I was interested in and she was instrumental in helping me meet my deadlines. I would highly recommend Debora Perkins to anyone who is in need of a realtor.
