When buying, she would have had an easy sale on a property we were interested in, but, after a thorough investigation of the property, showed us why it would not be in our best interest o buy it. This was not an easy or normal sale of a house (A short sale) with a very difficult Bank to deal with, but Deb worked diligently, with us, the bank and buyers from start to finish. ZillowVERIFIED Just finished completing a 3.5 year divorce and still had possession of the marital property (4 family, owner occupied). The house was upside down on its mortgage, and was destined for a short sale and inevitably foreclosure. Was referred to Deb by a friend who told me she was knowledgeable with short sales. She took the property did the fair market value, and took my direction on possible buyers. To make a long story short within a month the house sold, and sold for a profit. Deb is extremely knowledgeable at what she does and keeps you well informed as the sale progresses.
