I choose Deb because I could see she loves being a realtor and is very ambitious and positive. I gave her a challenge in finding just the right home and after looking at seemed like hundreds of houses, she found me the perfect house. Deborah was very attentive to what we were looking for in a house and was able to help us find a house that had everything we were looking for, including the location. Also, my husband and I have work schedules that can conflict with one another and/or change. She was very flexible and able to adjust to our schedule. ZillowVERIFIED Although Deb's abilities are exemplified in the ratings above, when we first interviewed her, she asked us, "What are you looking for in a realtor? How can I best help you sell your home?". She listened when we described how we had done an analysis of recent sales and come up with a listing price. After doing her own comps, we agreed we were in the ball park. When she described her marketing process; the staging, the professional video, the on-line exposure, open houses, etc., we were more than confident. "The proof is in the pudding". We had a contract in less then a week - full price. I think many people were surprised; but we were not and neither was Deb. We were blessed when we picked Deb over the other two candidates we had interviewed.

ZillowVERIFIED Deb helped us list and sell a home in Loveland when homes in our price range weren't moving very quickly. Deb worked so hard holding open houses and found us a buyer. She really paid attention to what I wanted and the homes she showed me were spot on perfect. Everyone was a winner. Deborah accompanied me to each and every viewing and listened to all of my concerns and comments. When I chose the home I wanted she was the best on advocates on my behalf and most encouraging and supportive. I can't praise her enough. I look forward to moving in to my home and inviting Deborah over. This girl is a real keeper and you will not go wrong in choosing her to be your realtor she is just wonderful.
