Thanks Debbie! She helped me appreciate just how much work a fixer-upper really is. Knows a lot about both home buying and remodeling. She doesn't rush you to a purchase which I found VERY reassuring. I looked about 30-40 houses, I lost count after a while. She didn't mind.She is often traveling between appointments and sometimes misses your texts, but if you send a follow-up text she will respond to it.
