Debbie Long did a great job for me representing my property with a complete accurate description and photos that showcased my property in a very favorable light. I Will gladly hire her again in the future for any real estate needs. I highly recommend her as a top notch realtor to represent her clients. She is also a good negotiator. She is quick to respond to any questions or concerns, is very efficient, and eager to meet my needs. She is knowledgeable about the real estate market in a way wide area. She was very helpful with suggestions when I received a lower offer than I expected, so that I was able to make a counter-offer that I was I able to agree to. And that resulted in a sold sign. I have bought and sold several homes in my life (I am 70), and she is the best realtor i have had. She goes above and beyond with followup calls and emails to make sure any questions a potential buyer had were answered. She also helped to steer people who were interested to appropriate avenues to be preapproved for favorable financing.
