Deborah is the best!! First... let me say she has the patience and perseverance to deal with ridiculous issues. What a champ and cheerleader! We would never have sold this without her. Our buyer was very difficult to work with and there were so many "hoops" to jump through it was exhausting. Debra never gave up...she dealt with each one as it came and kept us informed along the way. So grateful for her hard work.

I have been a strong listing agent for years..
After 2006 I got into working for the lenders with foreclosed homes and with buyers
doing short sales and until this year really getting back to normal home sales. I have also worked different with buyer's..1st time buyers, investors and 2nd homeowners
2 that just happened actually...
1- I sold a investor over 30 homes back in 2005-2006 and after all these years he called me
back to sell about 8 of those properties. I love the loyalty that my customers have given me over the years.
2- Just worked with a 1st time buyer that was a veteran and after looking at many homes over the past 4 months I finally located a home that he loved that fit all his needs and thru the VA loan process we were able to close by the end of this year. So happy to work with 1st time buyer's and our military people.
