ZillowVERIFIEDAny superlative you can think or assign to Debbie, she not only exemplifies, but earns. She's quite the literally the best and highest executing agent I've come in contact with. She's kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. She's tops.
ZillowVERIFIEDThis is the first time I've ever recommended a real estate professional.A few months ago I connected with Debbie Gold regarding one of her listings. She graciously offered to drive us around to additional listings based on our stringent specifications - all at a time when the area had limited inventory. I passed on what I saw.I later informed Debbie I prefer rentals. Rather than shun me or make me feel bad for wasting her time, she was encouraging, informative, and helpful.Over the course of a weekend she lined up several rental opportunities and drove me to each one.Rather than push a sale, she was candid about shortcomings of several properties. When I was limited on time, she offered to provide measurements for me.The results: in under 5 days Debbie helped us secure an exquisite rental, and in my absence provided room measurements, and negotiated closing details. Throughout the process, Debbie was available via text, phone and email (often with minimal notice), and went the extra mile.If you're seeking a supportive, informed warm real estate advisor to buy or sell property in Providence, I strongly recommend Debbie Gold. Tell her Evan sent you.
