ZillowVERIFIED We first met Deb in 2005 when we had a rental property that was "upside down" and we needed to sell it. Deb was honest with us and said we weren't going to sell it for what we owed on it. Disappointing, but she was honest. So we plugged along. Fast forward 5 years later - we ask her again. Same answer. Fast forward to March of 2021 - Deb contacted us and said "NOW! Now is the time!" We put it on the market and she was right - it sold in 2 days! She helped us clean it out, told us exactly what we needed to do and it was seamless. It was so stressful for us and she took care of everything and made it so much easier. And then - BAM! Our son told us he's having our first grandchild and he lives in TN. Called Deb - said we're moving to TN and need to sell our house to be close to that new baby. Once again, she priced it correctly and that house sold in 3 days. Lots of things to do and she handled much of it for us while we visited TN to find our new home. ZillowVERIFIED Deb could not be more helpful or responsive. During the process we were often not at home. Sher communicated continually to keep us appraised of the status. She held numerous open houses, following up with us after each to let us know about the people looking and their feedback. When first on the market her insight in setting up and staging the property was outstanding. She was always available by text or on the phone even when we were on the west coast. Her connections with various resources were invaluable when we needed to respond to items identified during the inspection process.As noted we were not always home for extended periods and she was always available to be at the house when someone was needed to be present as when the smoke and fire alarms were inspected which can only be done one day a week.During the actual sale she was also with us every step of the way, again we were not on site until the last couple of days. Without Deb the whole process of selling our house would have been much more difficult and stressful she eliminated all our concerns.

I mean almost every text to her is immediately responded day or night. She also has great industry contacts and is upfront with you when she feels things can be done better. For example, the short sale was taking longer than expected because we had chosen a lawyer that didnt make us a priority. Deb realized this and recommended someone that finally got things going. ZillowVERIFIED Some agents say they can preform, but dont. Then theres agents like Deb Cordeiro who not only perform, but out perform every other agent you will ever meet. My sale was in no means a large sale. Deb was still relentless and aggressive in every good way you would want agent to be. To make a long story short, she battled on the phone for 2.5 hours to secure my buyers payment to close my sale. An experienced agent is great and all, but what you really need is a pit bull with loads of common sense and tons of knowledge in real estate. Dont just get a realtor, get a damn good one. Stop reading reviews and Hire Deb Cordeiro.
