We started the process looking for the house first then had a pit in our stomachs about the fears of a new house mortgage and being stuck with a coop mortgage. We looked at agents that recently sold at Ridgewood Gardens and Debi was the seller with the highest purchase price and had sold several units in the past. Debi got great pictures and got us some premium promoted web ads. After one open house we had multiple offers, all over asking price. Debi actually sat us down and weighed the different offers we decided to go with the second highest offer because Debi believed that couple would have been a better fit with our super strict board. At the time we were already going back and forth with a house that gave us some reservations and after time and inspection money wasted, we had to let it go. We went back to Debi to see if she could work her magic. We were buying with confidence because Debi was very honest and treated the assignment as if she were buying her own house you could tell when she was glowing or blah for a house. After two days of open houses we found our home. Debi is quick on the text, will call you from the car, she's always moving the ball and sometimes she will notify us before our lawyers do because she keeps frequent communications with the seller's agent. Debi is a fireball of charm and freely shares her years of experience in construction and real estate sales. SHE DOESNT SLOW DOWN! We have been in constant contact over the last 3 months and she never leaves you waiting.
