You wouldnt expect realtors with such stellar reputations to be as responsive as she is, but I guess this is one of the reasons for her stellar reputation.+ Looks out for your interests: I was willing buy a house after a counteroffer but she suggested to send a counter-counter offer with around 4% price cut. We ended up buying the property, I saved money and she received a lower commission (due to lower sale price). Proof of the fact that she is looking out for your interest even if it conflicts with hers.+ Superb local knowledge: Check out Zillow and you will see there is no shortage of realtors with good reputation in Toledo. But my favorite area to invest is not all of Toledo, it (currently) is a couple of miles to the north of Woodland cemetery: Five Points, Auburndale, West Toledo etc. If you google aEURoeDebi Kennedy ZillowaEUR? and look at the map for her and teams past sales, you will see that they dominate that neighborhood, you cannot even see the map because of the yellow aEURoesoldaEUR? dots (Their office is on Sylvania Ave too). This gives the impression that their neighborhood is their niche, and this is also why I trust her while shopping in that neighborhood. They either are doing a wonderful job in the proximity of their office, or there is a serious cartel thing going on in 43612 and we should contact the regulators. Pick the explanation you like+ Uses technology flawlessly, can accommodate out of state investors. I myself am an out of state investor. Debi has the experience and all the tools you may need as an OOS investor. Digital signatures, online title company portals. I have sent her my online excel spreadsheet for favorite properties, I was expecting her to simply look at the document as a reference. She ended up accepting the invite to edit and working on the document along with me, which made the online spreadsheet much more effective. + Wide range of services: Chances are, after you buy a property, you will need to contact other people (contractors, insurance agencies, maybe property managers). She has suggestions for each and willing to contact many of these people on behalf of you.I have been shopping for houses with Debi and plan to shop more with her. I am looking forward to doing more business with her and give her my highest recommendation.

She walked through our house to give us suggestions on cosmetic upgrades/changes we should make before listing. When we received our first offer she was quick to inform us and passed on our response just as quickly. We looked at multiple houses before finding the right one, and every time she was gracious and willing to spend quite a few hours driving around different areas to show us houses. She was very knowledgable about the process: first selling our current house, and then buying a new house, and ensured we weren't taken advantage of during the process.
