The GRI designation signifies a dedicated and knowledgeable professional within the industry. Additionally, Debi has earned the nationally recognized Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource certification. The National Association of REALTORS^(R) offers the SFR certification to REALTORS^(R) who want to help both buyers and sellers navigate these complicated transactions, as demand for professional expertise with distressed sales.

Debi is an avid community volunteer and her civic involvement has a 25-year depth. "We each have a number of different roles in our lives-different areas or capacities in which we have responsibilities", says Debi. "I like to combine my roles and strengths, with a need in the non-profit sector to help improve community life and give back to our community who generously supports our real estate business. The experience of volunteering is a positive one and the joy you can bring to others is priceless". Debi actively serves on the Montrose Memorial Hospital Board of Directors and Before You Hate, Think Of Cait anti-bullying board. Her former volunteer portfolio includes CASA Voices for Children, Partners, Drug Endangered Children, NRA Committee, Mule Deer Foundation, Black Canyon Surgery Center, and many more.

Debi, a mother of four, is married to Mark Harmon and they are empty-nesters. Debi's extended family were one of the first settlers in this beautiful valley. When not working, you will find her enjoying "anything outdoors". Her passion for God, her family and her life permeates in all that she does.
