While she was referred to me by a friend, I quickly found her to be not only very professional, but genuinely personable as well. Her pleasant demeanor serves her very well. My job requires me to travel extensively, and while we first met and started talking in January, I was unavailable to get the property ready to sell for months. This lady has the patience of Job! Based on her instruction, I finally was able to get the property ready for sale, and as she told me, it sold on the first day of showing. As I was out of town for the duration of the process, Debby insured that I was kept abreast of all information, forwarding me any and all necessary paperwork, and actually did some banking for me. I can not express enough my gratitude to her, and all the effort she exerted to this one sell. If she does this much work for every buyer/seller, she must either be exhausted at the end of the day/week, or she is Superwoman! This is even more impressive as other than the original in-person meeting at my parent's house everything was done remotely, as we do not live in the Hickory market. We needed my sisters home to be sold in Connelly Springs, NC, and we chose her out of many Realtors in that area. Her personality and eagerness to help us is what made a huge difference in choosing her. Debby is honest and you can trust her. She knows her job very well and wont stir you wrong. If we were to sell another home in NC, we would, no doubt, choose her to be our realtor. She is very professional, familiar with market trends, a good listener, warm-hearted and will do her best to get the best/fairest price for your home. We put my sisters home on the market in August 2021, and in 7 days we had a solid contract/Buyer and went to settlement within the allotted time range. Needless to say, the sale/transaction was conducted via emails, texts, conference calls and all went well. It was like Debby was in the same town as we were. She has excellent communication skills and will always return your calls, texts and emails. We had a few stumbling blocks along the way, but Debby put out all fires, handled them quickly and in a timely manner. ZillowVERIFIED This comment is cross posted. If you see again, don't worry it's real....I don't know where to begin. We had a weird large house that didn't meet most loan requirements. We spent almost a year with a realitor or got us five showings and no contracts. My wife found Debby by searching for realitors in the area. She had the highest sales is what made us hire her. With in a month we were under a firm contract. Then corona virus hit. Since January we had 4 contracts, with the corona and our weird house, not all worked out. One was because of a rule that goats weren't allowed on my property from the previous owner. This didn't discourage or slow Debby and her team for one second. Also, I live out of state. Lucky for me she's a liscensed contractor because our house needed work. I have turned a few houses myself and her quotes, knowledge and resources were the best options when I had my own quotes done to compare. If she can sell my house. She can sell any.
