ZillowVERIFIED After a brief initial meeting and an accurate market analysis, Debbie listed our home on a Thursday morning in May and by Saturday of the same week we had 4 offers. We ended up selling our home for ABOVE asking due to Debbie's professional advice and experience. We also used debbie to purchase our next home, and her experience proved invaluable in negotiating closing terms. I would most certainly recommend Debbie for buying or selling your home.

ZillowVERIFIED It was a pleasure working with Debbie! Debbie was referred to us through a mutual friend (also a realtor) since we were out of state. She was highly professional and totally invested in our success. The listing was very well done with a professional photographer, she conducted multiple open houses, and her negotiating skills saved us a bundle during the inevitable hiccups and pitfalls that happen between the buyers inspection and the closing. Ultimately, Debbie nurtured the sale of our home in a very tough market at slightly above our target, and we couldn't be happier!

ZillowVERIFIED I have listed two properties over the last two years with Debbie. She works hard to find qualified buyers. I have hired many realtors both in business and pesonally. She was recommended by a friend. Debbie has a stellar reputation in the real estate business. She's very timely in responding to texts and emails. I highly recommend Debbie to anyone who wants to sell their property im her listing area.

ZillowVERIFIED Picked Debbie to list our house because of her many years of experience and reputation. Closing on our house became much longer than atticipated because of the need to install new septic system and not having weather cooperate. Debbie and the buyers agent worked very well together making sure the new owners were well informed with every step along the way.

ZillowVERIFIED Our Mom passed away in September and we contacted Debbie Videtto to sell the house for us. She has an extensive knowledge of the area and helped us in pricing the house. She knew what needed to be done to make the house "show" well. She was professional and accessible. We live an hour away and were sometimes unable to be there on a moment's notice. When the utility company needed to get into the house, we called Debbie and she coordinated with them to get inside. She was always just a call or e-mail away with a very quick response rate. Her advice while negotiating with the buyers were spot on, too. During this difficult time for us, we felt confident with her expertise and attention to detail. We recommend her highly. Thanks, Debbie!!!

ZillowVERIFIED When we decided to market our house, we reached out via email to four different local real estate agents hoping to get comparisons. Debbie was the only one who replied in a timely manner and kept in touch. It was shocking to learn of the lackluster customer service skills in the real estate world. Debbie's patience and availability in responding to our many questions for both the sale and the purchase of our new home were outstanding. We highly recommend Debbie Videtto for your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Debbie handled every aspect of the process efficiently. She is a true professional. We listed the house in October with the contingency we need a rental before the closing. We had an offer 4 or 5 days after listing the house. We agreed on a price a day or two later.Debbie found us the perfect rental. We closed at the end of December without any issues.

ZillowVERIFIED Debbie Videtto was an amazing representative of the term "realtor"--in fact, I've always had sort of a negative view of them, mostly because I've never met one I felt was sincere and had my best interest at heart. But, that totally changed the moment I met her! She is honest, and professional in every respect, yet truly compassionate (and very kind) and she really listens to your opinions, and then acts on them, fully. I don't know if I could ever could have trusted anyone else with the sale of my house, and if she could appear here in SC, she'd be the one I'd choose! Thank you, Debbie, for all your hard work!

ZillowVERIFIED Tops in her field! Debbie was always there to answer questions and to take over in our absence - we put our full trust in her to manage our sale when we were out of state and unable to do so ourselves. Never had a smoother transaction! This is the third home transaction she has helped us with. She sold my mother's condo 14 years ago. She was there when we bought our house in 1985. To come full circle we just sold that house 2 weeks ago - thirty years after we bought it. Debbie was there for it all. Thanks Deb!

ZillowVERIFIED Could not be more friendly and helpful and understanding. Lisa responded to texts/emails/ phone calls very quickly and very consistently. And, her responses always had very useful information about the surrounding homes available. One of her best qualities as a Realtor is that she cares about her clients. She does not push a decision, and makes sure you know exactly what you are getting and that it is the right choice for you.

ZillowVERIFIED We recently worked with Debbie Videtto to list and sell our current home and to also purchase a new home a few towns away and our experience was exemplary. To put it simply, Debbie sold our existing home within three months of listing it, and negotiated an outstanding deal for us when we bought our new home. At all stages of the selling and purchasing process Debbie was able to call on her past experiences and knowledge of people, process, and real estate law to properly guide us through one of the biggest decisions of our lives. Whenever we had a question, she had an honest and helpful answer. Whenever we called, she picked up. Whenever we wanted to see another house, she scheduled it. Debbie was the best real estate agent we have worked with. We will certainly use her services the next time we move.

ZillowVERIFIED Debbie knows her job and the market inside out. She is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. She doesn't tell you what you want to hear like other agents. She tells you the truth and works with you until you are satisfied. She had us divide our property up into a house with lot and make an additional building lot in order to make the sale. By doing so we were able to sell both pieces for more than we had asked for the one parcel It was a pleasure to have met her and work with her. If we were still in the area both my wife and I would choose her above anyone else. You will not be disappointed in choosing Debbie to work with!

ZillowVERIFIED Very knowedgeable of the market and how to price our home. Had we listed our home at the price she initially recomended, our home would have sold far sooner. When we dropped the price to her recomended amount, we had three showing in one day and two offers the next. Kept us up to date on activity while our house was on the market. Communicated feedback from showings promptly. Debbie was a great choice to sell our home.
