She knows the finest details of the market. Debbie helped us purchase an investment property in North Myrtle Beach, NC that will later become our home when we retire. We live in San Diego. Debbie was excellent at sending listings to us so we could get a feel for what property features were desireable to us. We formulated a list together. ZillowVERIFIED We were recommended to Debbie by one of my husbands co-workers, and she honestly made this the best home buying experience we've had. Our need to relocate to Fort Mill, SC came very quickly, and though we had some time to work with we also wanted to sell our own home quickly before the summer rush. Debbie did not mess around. She very quickly helped us narrow down our window of price, school zones and the amenities we needed/wanted. When we settled on a choice, she was very helpful with negotiating the price, having the house inspected, picking what should and should not be requested in the fix-it list and helping us give our special-needs son opportunities to visit the new house before we moved in so he could get used to the idea. The closing was a snap, and before we knew it, it was moving day!Then we sold our old home, and that went even better. Debbie came and viewed the house we were going to sell, and gave several valuable suggestions. She is very up-to-date with what people are looking for and willing to pay based upon how the house is presented. We followed at least most of her suggestions, if not all of them (I honestly can't quite remember) but in the end that coupled with her husband's photography and videography talents really came through! Our house was presented in the absolute best possible light by the professional photos and personalized video walk through of the house. The house was listed on a Sunday morning, and we were under contract at asking price that afternoon. Again, things could not have gone more smoothly, and the results of working with Debbie truly speak for themselves. We are now happily living in our new home, and free of the old one, and all of it in less than four months!There is one last thing I would like to add. I have had people tell me that I obviously let Debbie set the price of the house too low if we got asking price from the first buyer. I disagree, and here is why. I have noticed that most realtors seem to really understand what a house will or will not sell at and will advise their buyers/sellers accordingly. Unless you are dealing with someone who is not using a realtor, you probably are only going to get a fairly small amount of wiggle room on what the house will go for on average. Debbie gave us the starting price she thought we would have the least amount of wiggle room on, high enough to be profitable, but still reasonable. And in the end, we not only got what we asked for but also raised the value of the homes in our old neighborhood based on what ours sold for. Like I said, the results speak for themselves. Work with Debbie, and you will not be sorry!

Debbie's key is her marketing of your home and is creates a distinct advantage in the marketplace. Her photos/videos are far superior to many of the agents who show up, take a couple of cell phone photos and leave. She and Reg have a conscious plan for your home to show it in the best light.In addition, Debbie and Reg are local to the Fort Mill area and don't over-extend themselves. They know the are and many different price points within the area. By not taking on too much you always get a personal, hands-on approach with them that allows you to get a near immediate response to questions/concerns you have about the sales/buying process. I was also very pleased to have Debbie very engaged in the negotiation and inspection process as her experience with that saved me $ that I would have otherwise not been able to recover.
