Debbie, Lydia, and her team sold us our current home in June this year. The buying process was super smooth and easy. Ive never bought a home before (only my husband had). ZillowVERIFIED When my brother passed away unexpectedly, my sister and I needed to sell his house to settle the estate. Neither of us live in Casper. We contacted Debbie and she made time to meet with us on the one day we were in town. She was brutally honest about the condition of the house (not good) and our chances for selling it. We did not have the money to fix the house up and decided to sell it "as is". Although this resulted in a lower commission for Debbie, I felt she and Rae put their all into selling the house for us, including finding a reasonably priced cleaning service to clear out and clean it after the person squatting there moved out. The house was listed on a Thursday; the next morning, Debbie called me with 3 offers which were all above the asking price! We agreed on an offer. In spite of having to get court approval of the sale, we were able to close a month and a day from listing date. My sister and I could not ask for a better experience!

ZillowVERIFIED Worst realtor ever. Sure, she has fancy clothes and an expensive car, but she wouldn't know a good quality home if it bit her. And her home inspector was the worst of all. We were moving to Casper from far away and were duped into using her when I contacted her about a beautiful house on Goodstein Dr. (This home just so happened to have sold about 6 months previous and this home still shows up from time to time in a zillow search). Now that's a great way to get new clients. Bait & switch. My family and I spent a week with her looking at homes, telling her what we wanted and didn't want. We thought we were on the same page. On our way back to our home we saw a new listing come up that looked good in pictures, was the right size and in the right area of town. We asked her to check it out. "Oh, it's beautiful," she says. "And it's really been updated well with quality furnishings." She talked us into putting an offer on the home sight unseen (against my better judgement). FYI....We are not new to buying a home. We've bought and sold a half dozen homes in the past 20 years. Long story short, the house is a fixer upper that we over paid for. The total opposite of what we were looking for and had discussed. Things that were wrong with it even my 8 year old child picked up on during our first visit to the home. I truly believe she was just looking for a pay day on the commission. The more we pay for it, the more she gets. Beware who you trust. She has cost me and my family a ton of money, stress and anguish over this experience. By the time I sought legal help, we were too far in the deal to get out. If you're reading this, Debbie, please remove us from any mailing lists and don't ever try to contact us. You are not welcome anywhere near my family or our home.
