As newbies, we didn't know what to look for in a real estate agent, but by the end we knew we'd struck gold as she is the most attentive, helpful, accessible, and professional person we encountered throughout our entire buying process. Debbie knows the market and greater Los Angeles area so well, and after one discussion about what my husband and I were looking for, she brought us to an amazing property we now own and love. Honestly, we probably wouldn't have looked at this condo on our own, but she knew the building and the area and knew it would be a good fit for us. We had a complicated buying process due to technicalities with the HOA and the seller and our bank - Debbie was extremely patient in helping us navigate negotiations and our many questions, and we believe without her guidance we wouldn't have had a successful purchase. Another realtor without her experience could have easily mishandled a number of situations in which we could have lost the property.
