I love selling Real Estate in Logan, Utah. I have always lived here in Cache Valley and so know all the areas around Logan. I have lived in Richmond, River Heights, Logan and Providence. I have experience in the Preston, Idaho area and have sold properties in the Bear Lake area also. I have 25 years experience in owning and selling rental properties including multifamily units. I have a construction background and have helped buyers purchase new built homes. They enjoy my hands on approach to helping them with the steps needed to get a new home. For over 10 years I have understood the process of buying and selling homes. I am very patient in helping buyers find the home that fits their budget and dream list. I enjoy showing newcomers and valley residents areas that they might not know about. I am up to date on school boundaries and other items that would be of interest to buyers. Serving in leadership positions in my industry is important to me. I have served on the Board and as President of the WomenA?s Council of Realtors. I have also served 2 terms as a Director on the Cache Rich Board of Realtors. I have all my certifications for a CRS. HER INTERESTS / HOBBIES Debbie is active in local politics and has served as a delegate to the State of Utah convention.
