ZillowVERIFIED Where do I go begin ? Rarely do I leave reviews but Debbie is so awesome at her job and more importantly a GREAT person so its only right that I say a few words . First and foremost I felt that her number 1 priority was making the client feel comfortable . She did a great job of getting to know everyone in my family and finding places that would suit everyone . Shes familiar with the area and was extremely knowledgeable on school districts , shopping , local attractions , and the different parts of the city . Any place that I wanted to see I was viewing the house within 24-48 hours . She responded very quickly whether it was through text or email and I never had any delays thought out my home buying process . There was a point where things got shaky due to the housing market being saturated in the area and Debbie still managed to negotiate and find the perfect place for me and my family . She stuck by my side all the way up to the settlement date where she showed acts of unselfishness and loyalty to the very last moment of me signing for the house . I would 10/10 recommend Debbie to anyone . Her skillset , patience , and expertise made my first home buying process a piece of cake .
