She expertly helped us pick out and purchase our house when we bought it in 2016. We had such a great experience with her the first time she helped us, it was a no-brainer that we would ask for her help again. Selling our house for us was very emotional and very stressful. When I called Debbie to ask for her help, she remembered me, my family, and our property right away. When she met with us to discuss our selling plans, she had thoroughly done her research about our neighborhood and was very organized when she proposed her selling strategies to us. So much stress was lifted because of her extensive preparation, I was almost brought to tears. We were completely on board with her selling plan and she let us feel very much in control of when and how the house would be sold. It is fair to say we absolutely love Debbie. She not only is an amazing real estate agent, she became a friend to our family. She is very upfront and honest, willing to put her clients needs before her own, hard-working, very market savvy, and just generally an outstanding individual. I completely trusted her when she walked me through prospective buyers offers. I knew she only had my familys best interests in mind, and I knew she would be very tactful and respectful with those buyers agents. I would say the sale of our house was a complete success. Thanks to Debbies hard work and excellent marketing, the first day our house was on the market, we had eight showings and four offers. Debbie ended up selling our house for $10,000.00 over asking price. I mean come on. That is amazing. I really cannot say enough good things about Debbie Meyer and how she handled the selling of our house. As part of advertising, Debbie had hired a professional photographer to come photograph our house. I was brought to tears when we received an album of our first house, the house we brought our newborn son to, perfectly preserved and professionally photographed. Thank you for everything, Debbie.
