ZillowVERIFIED Debbie is a fabulous realtor who knows the market and has an excellent sense of what buyers are looking for and what they are willing to spend. We originally listed our house with another realtor who did not believe we would or could get our asking price. We kept the house on the market for 3 months and then took it off. A few months later Debbie approached us with a detailed analysis of the market and felt sure that we would get at least our asking price. She suggested a few minor, inexpensive updates/changes and some staging ideas and we got an offer for slightly above our asking price a few weeks later. Through the entire process Debbie was responsive to questions and outreach and our experience working with her was excellent. I highly recommend her!!

ZillowVERIFIED Debbie was truly wonderful to work with. She was of course knowledgeable about the area or we wouldn't have picked her. But most impressive of all Debbie went out of her way to explain the pros and cons of why we should or shouldn't do something and how the decision would impact us. Plus she was a wonderful negotiator. We had and unusual situation and Debbie was there for us 100% of the way. In addition Debbie provided incredible staging suggestions, had contractors for the few minor things we needed who were also wonderful and reliable. In the end we had a bidding war and not because our house was under priced. Debbie helped in so many ways in what was a very stressful, exhausting, life changing process. I hope I never have to go through it again but if I did I wouldn't want to do it without Debbie.I had other realtors that I could have chosen but so glad I chose Debbie.

Debbie knows her market extremely well; she is very diligent, responsive, and yet very patient with her clients. Debbie clearly takes pride in her work and is both professional and personable. In my particular case as a seller of a home, there were many highs and lows throughout the journey. My father had recently passed away and I suddenly found myself having to put the house I grew up in on the market. Being an out-of-state seller caused me great concern and anxiety. Fortunately, Debbie's performance as my advocate was a true blessing and comfort. In addition to advertising and getting the word out about the house, she also gave great suggestions about modernizing and updating the house. A simple suggestion of changing all the outdated light fixtures made a tremendous difference. I was a bit unsure about spending money on staging the house per Debbie's recommendation but the change was remarkable. From start to finish, the home sold within 3 months.
