RJ Boyd was recommended by the credit union that I was using to buy a house. She was very professional and helped me through the process of obtaining the land, selling my house, and helping me find a builder. FROM THE MOMENT WE MET RJ WE KNEW THAT SHE WAS THE BEST REALATOR WE COULD FIND IN THE AREA AND THAT RJ WOULD DO A GREAT JOB FOR US. RJ DID NOT LET US DOWN FOR A MOMENT. RJ WAS AVAILABE TO US PRACTICALLY 24/7 IF NEEDED. WE HAD SOME ISSUES TO WORK THROUGH WITH THE ACTUAL PHYSICAL ADDRESS THAT SHE HANDLED SEEMLESSLY FOR THE CLOSING. EVEN THIS REVIEW WILL NOT ACCEPT CORRECTED ADDRESS CHANGED FOR 911 SYSTEM--THE CORRECT ADDRESS IS 99 SHORT STREET, HOWEVER THE SYSTEM WILL ONLY ACCEPT 12 SHORT STREET--THE LOT #AND LISTING ADDRESS,,, RJ ASSISTED WITH THE HOME INSPECTION AS WELL AS OTHER INSPECTIONS NEEDED TO MAKE THE PROCESS SEEMLESS. THE SELLERS AGENT LACKED ANY SENSE OF URGENCY AND RJ ASSISTED US WITH THE SELLERS AND WE ACTUALLY BECAME CLOSE. I AM WRITING IN ALL CAPS BECAUSE I AM SHOUTING OUT TO ALL THAT CAN HEAR THAT RJ DID A FANTASTIC JOB FOR US AND IF YOU USE HER AS YOUR REALATOR YOU WILL BE MORE THAN PLEASED WITH YOUR CHOICE.

RJ Boyd recently sold our Northern Virginia townhouse. We were first-time sellers, and she took the time to walk us through the process and made sure we understood every step. RJ priced our home perfectly and worked with us in negotiating with the buyer, always keeping our best interest in mind. Most importantly for us, she took the time to take care of appointments and paperwork needed throughout the process and kept an eye on our house (through some bad winter weather!) since we moved out of the country not long after putting our house on the market. She was an excellent communicator, always keeping us informed. RJ was absolutely wonderful to work with!! We highly recommend her.
