We turned to Debbie and Guan Hsu to handle all three transactions. Debbie listened to all our needs and wants for a new home, which was extensive as we needed a home which provided easy commutes for both our jobs, as well as a home large enough for our blended family. Top school systems were very important to us as well as being convenient to shopping, restaurants and entertainment, but we also wanted a large private, quiet lot. Debbie handled all the details and negotiations and we were both exceedingly happy with every detail of the process.
