She is very nice and very easy to talk to and help you figure out what you want in your new home. She is still in touch with us to this day making sure we are okay and that we are still happy with our home. I would say she has become a friend in the whole house buying process. Also through the whole process she explained everything in a way we would understand making everything so much easier. Couldnt have asked for anyone better to help us.

ZillowVERIFIEDWords can't fully describe how wonderful Debbie Hicks is. My fiance and I chose Debbie after meeting her at an open house. I felt like we clicked right away and it was like talking to an old friend. If you want a realtor that is going to represent you at all costs, she is your girl. She's brutally honest with your best interest in mind. She is very quick to respond, extremely flexible, and super reliable. She will do whatever she can within her means to get you what you want. The only negative is that we closed on our perfect house (all thanks to her!) and we don't get to see her as often anymore! You can't get better than Debbie Hicks!

She is a very hard worker! Bent over backwards for our whole family going above and beyond to make us happy. Recommend her for all your property needs . I would give her 100 plus stars. ZillowVERIFIEDDebbie worked tirelessly to help us find our new home. We were relocating from the DC area and would make trips to Tenn. Debbie would set up several houses to see in a day just so that our trip could be as short as possible, sometimes making our days 10 hours. We trekked all over eastern and central Tenn. She was there every step of the way. She listened to what we wanted and needed for our family. I would highly recommend her!!
