Experienced, resourceful, helpful, ethical. It was the easiest real estate transaction Ive experienced in 45 yrs. She recommended the roofer, pest inspector, painter, deep cleaner, and a company for new carpets. They were excellent choices and it made our already stressful project cleaning out our father-in-laws house sane. She was equally skillful in recommending the listing price, providing information on all of the numerous offers (most of which came in above asking), and guiding us seamlessly through the offer and counteroffer process. It took almost 2 1/2 years but they were patient and continued to look in the area to find the home that had everything we were looking for. During the whole time, they were always responsive and always willing to show us any new houses that came on the market. We are really picky about what we wanted. While most realtors would have gotten sick of us, Debbie and Ted were always there and willing to work.
