ZillowVERIFIED Debbie did an outstanding job assisting us with our condo purchase. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area and the various condo complexes, including their amenities and marketability for future rentals. We were out of town buyers and Debbie did a great job organizing a day of showings for us. She was with us from the beginning to the end. She helped arrange for an inspector and even brought in a glass company to provide estimates for repairs. This was especially useful as we negotiated a final sales price. Debbie checked in with us often during the closing process and made certain things went smoothly for us. Should the need arise, we will definitely use Debbie in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Deb Grant did an amazing job with the sell of our condo. Despite the original buyers backing out 8 days before the original closing date, she helped secure new buyers with in 2 weeks and got us back on track. She is truly a professional and definitely knows the lay of the land as it comes to the Lake of the Ozarks. I have sold my last three homes prior to this one For sell by owner, with good results. But with Deb, my results were even better. She has made a believer out of me to use her whenever we buy or sale properties in the Lake of the Ozark area in the future. Thanks again Deb.

ZillowVERIFIED Debbie was always ready to work for us! During the pandemic, she toured houses for us on FaceTime- sometimes multiple times. She put up with endless questions from us as we did not see many of the houses face-to-face. If we did make the 3hr drive to tour a house, she was always willing to meet us even if it meant a tight schedule for her. We put multiple offers on houses before we found our dream house and Debbie was professional and timely every time. We are so thankful for her loyalty and patience with us for almost a year as we found our lake house!

ZillowVERIFIED We were pleased with Deb Grants care of us from the first phone call to the last signature. When I said Id love to have good lake water sound but not a lot of lake boat noise she didnt laugh, she was on it! She quickly assessed our needs and priorities which was made more difficult as it was initially done via phone and video call due to the pandemic. Deb was balanced and curious and never pressured us to make a decision we werent ready for. As we were from out of town, Deb took great care to help us understand each property but also how it related to the larger lake experience and did or didnt connect to the dream we had shared with her. We instantly felt confident in her skills and comfortable in her care. Thanks Deb!

ZillowVERIFIED Deb was very helpful in showing properties in the Osage Beach, Missouri area and she understood exactly what we were looking for. She showed us some virtual tours first, and then some actual tours of homes that fit what we were looking for. In addition, Deb is very knowledgeable regarding vendors and contractors in the area that could provide us with help in concluding making this new home one for our family.

She knew what we liked early on and always made time for us when we wanted to view properties. Deb has been very responsive with answers to any questions that have come to mind during our search, and anticipated most of them before we even asked! She gave recommendations for designers, drywall work, paint, window repair, auction services, etc More than all of this, we feel more like friends than clients. Thanks for everything Deb.

ZillowVERIFIED We have worked with Deb Grant on a couple deals; first we purchased a condo through her and she helped us sell it a couple years later. I will say that her knowledge of the business was extensive. And her knowledge of the lake area(s) is valuable and helped cut down the time of looking. We were able to find a property the very day we met her. Thank you so much Deb for the great experience and lifelong friendship! You are the best at what you do and your advice is priceless!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I had been looking at houses for a while and had a good idea about what we wanted. And in most cases, houses we liked sold very quick. So when our perfect house showed up on Zillow our experience told us it would not last long. I made an appointment to see the house the next day and I was the first one to look at it. Debbie was the agent who showed me the home and as soon as I met her I was glad I did. After talking to her I could tell right away she was very knowledgeable about the lake of the Ozarks real estate market. After we looked at the house, she believed, like I did that, the house would not be on the market for long and she said if you are seriously interested in buying this house I would not wait very long to make an offer. So we went ahead and put a contract on it that day and it was accepted the next day. Through the whole process Debbie was very professional and great to work with. We were extremely happy with the whole home buying process.

ZillowVERIFIED We looked at our house on a Saturday morning and we were not even sure we could buy the house at that time. She called a mortgage person she knew and had them talk to us on that day. Sunday (the next morning) morning Deb called us and said there was a bid on the house already and if we were interested we needed to make a bid within 24 hours. She said she was not trying to pressure us but wanted us to know the house probably would not be on the market very long. The mortgage person she knew got us a loan pre-approval by Monday morning at 10:00 am and the rest is history. None of this would not have happened without the knowledge and availability of Debbie. She was truly amazing through the entire process.

ZillowVERIFIED Gave us good advice when buying a condo at the lake. She knew the area and the good places to be at and also the places to stay away from. She lined us up with a mortgage person and a home inspection service company, which all turned out to be great people to work with. This was important since we live 250 miles away from the area.
