We bought our house in the height of the Covid-19 hysteria and although the whole process was anything but typical, Debbie helped us navigate it masterfully. She provided very good advice and insight into the south shore market, even though so much was unknown at the time. We even considered delaying the whole process due to covid, but she was correct in pointing out the opportunity that the pandemic had created from a buyers prospective. Because of it, we were able to get a house that we probably would have ended up losing in a bidding war had we waited.
