ZillowVERIFIED Debbie Corey and her crew were very understanding and competent during the selling of a house we built and lived in for 49 years. We did need a good deal of hand holding as we had never participated in this sell/buy process before. We originally purchased the house from the builder and there were many fewer requirements then. Debbie offered us selling options and helped us to choose the one that fit our needs. She was always there when we needed explanations of what was happening and what would happen. Debbie knows the housing climate and had us only show the house for two days when we received the bid that met our needs. No prolonging the agony. She negotiated an over bid, which was most welcomed by us. We were particularly pleased when Debbie responded to our phone calls or emails in a very timely manner - even when she was traveling. We definitely felt that we mattered to her and were not just a dollar number. Debbie's caring and honesty makes her a superb real estate agent.

The next day our house was already out in the market. Posting it on Zillow was even more amazing because I myself fell in love on her write up about the house . If I could remember right only 2 to 3 showing was done and next thing was an offer . Her guidance about on what to do list was followed . So simple very assuring and no stress at all .
