ZillowVERIFIED Debbie came highly recommended from a colleague, and I highly recommend her! She was incredibly helpful, remarkably responsive (and VERY fast to do so). I was very new to the home-buying process, and Debbie made the entire experience as smooth as possible. From showing me properties to helping me make the offer and through the paperwork after the offer was accepted, it was all so wonderfully easy---because of Debbie!

ZillowVERIFIED Debbie was absolutely amazing. She was always available to answer all of my questions and guided me through the process with helpful advice every step of the way. She took the time to get to know me and listen to what I wanted. She was able to find me a buyer at a good price even though my condo was pending some repairs from the HOA. You cant go wrong choosing Debbie.

ZillowVERIFIED Simply put, if you are seeking a realtor who will work for you, tirelessly, choose Debbie Cook. We looked at a good number of homes over several months while we evaluated whether to build or buy. We found a lot on Padre island and purchased it utilizing Debbie as our agent as we worked on a design to build, but kept our eye out for a ready-built home, concurrently. Debbie patiently showed us house after house... and then, we found it. She rapidly facilitated the sale bringing in her trusted team of knowledgeable inspectors, contractors, financial agents, & title agents whom she has built over the years of experience in the area. We felt truly cared for - and so appreciated her professionalism and patience. It really paid off for us to have had Debbie in our corner. We highly recommend her to anyone seeking a professional, detail-minded, customer-service oriented realtor. Thank you for all you did to make this happen for us. We so appreciate it. And you!

ZillowVERIFIED Let me start off by saying Debbie Cook is the best! Even though we know she has many clients, she made us feel like we were her only client. This was my first time buying a home and I couldnt have picked a better realtor. Debbie walked us through each step of the way. She has years of experience and is very knowledgeable in her craft, and knew exactly what to look out for in houses. She kept us in the loop the whole time and quickly let us know if and when there were any changes. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house in Corpus Christi. If youre in the market for a realtor, do yourself a favor and go with Debbie Cook.

ZillowVERIFIED I am a very recent transplant to Corpus Christi from Louisiana. Debbie Cook helped me through the transition of moving from an apartment to a beautiful condo. She was always responsive to my calls and texts. She gave me personal attention and was available for any showing that I requested. When we found my beautiful "forever home" she expertly helped me navigate the "Texas way of doing things" regarding real estate. With her help we negotiated a price which suited my needs. Knowing that I was new and had not met many people, she took me under her wing and made sure that I knew I had her support in this big decision of buying a home. I would recommend Debbie Cook to anyone who wants to buy or sell real estate in the Corpus area.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I found ourselves in a frustrating situation where we had to buy and sell our home very quickly. We interviewed 4 separate realtors and Debbie's willingness to go above and beyond to help us land on our feet combined with her industry experience is why we chose to list with her. Debbie's communication was absolutely top notch, she was always reachable via call or text and always gave us good advice. She got us a price on our home we didn't think possible. We will absolutely call her again. Debbie we hope to talk to you next summer!

ZillowVERIFIED Great realtor. Very flexible with changing plans on when we wanted to list our house due to COVID-19. Due to her outgoing approach and frequent communication with other local realtors, our house sold much sooner than we had ever anticipated. We were also located out of state during the sale and she coordinated everything for us. Would recommend to anyone looking for a realtor in the Corpus Christi area.

ZillowVERIFIED We had to sell my mother's house in Corpus Christi, and we had moved my mom after my father's death to be near us in Houston. This meant the sale process was long-distance. She knows the Corpus market as well as anyone, and helped set our expectations accordingly. Debbie was responsive, attentive, and went above and beyond. And what do I mean by above and beyond? Because the house was empty, we had a few dead roaches showing up on the floors occasionally. She checked periodically and removed them. She put up with multiple points of input - me, my sister, my mom - and did so with aplomb, good humor and patience.

ZillowVERIFIED Debbie was a true professional through out the home selling process, and is by far the best realtor I have worked after having bought and sold 2 homes. Would recommend to friends! Debbie knows the area well, made a great recommendation for our listing price, and got us a sale price higher than we expected. When it was time to list the home she was quick to set up an appointment for professional photos and made the listing attractive to potential buyers. She provided valuable guidance while negotiating offers, was always responsive, and had excellent attention to detail from start to finish. I highly recommend working with Debbie!

ZillowVERIFIED Debbie was our buyer's agent and found us our current home. It is an absolute pleasure to work with her! She knows Corpus Christi well and listens to your likes, but advises to your benefit (very helpful since we were an out of town purchase). We were relocated after a year of being in this Sparkling City by the Bay and could not think of a better person to help find the next person to love our home. If we could have taken this home with us - we certainly would!

ZillowVERIFIED Debbie was very professional from the start. Before we decided to sign on with her, she agreed to come over and look at our home and gave us suggestions as to what we might to do increase the sale value. The photographer she hired was very good and the pictures of our house as well as the description in the listing were very well-done. Debbie communicated with us on a regular basis and gave us good feedback on our questions and concerns. She was an advocate for buying a house in the neighborhood we lived in. We were able to get the price we asked for from the buyer and would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED I had a not so great experience when buying our home, so when the time came to sell, I wanted to make sure I had a great realtor to represent me and have MY best interest in mind. I had been looking at "top rated realtors" in Corpus Christi and Debbie's name was mentioned multiple times. I read the reviews and contacted her multiple times before we actually decided to sell to seek advise. She was extremely helpful even before we put our house on the market. Once we started the process of selling, she was everything I had read about and so much more. Debbie helped me understand the entire process of listing and selling my house more times than I care to admit. She was always upfront and honest with every step we took. When I needed bids on my house repairs, she never made me feel like I had to choose someone she had worked with in the past. She gave me the control I needed, but also encouraged me to seek other bids. (which ended up saving me thousands) I was always able to get in touch with Debbie when needed. Even after moving 900 miles while my house was still on the market, I never had any problems getting in touch with her. She handled everything for me while I couldn't be there. Working with Debbie was such a pleasure. She became more than a realtor. She became a friend.

ZillowVERIFIED We found Debbie through Zillow and read all these wonderful reviews about her so we asked for her help to sell our house in CC. We are glad that we made the right choice! She has been nothing but helpful throughout the entire process. Debbie helped us keeping track of the house since we live out of town, which can be stressful esp during hurricane season. Even my ex next door neighbors know her. She knows the market very well and always provide us data to support her suggestions and keep you well informed. Great personality, very responsive, and easy to work with. If I have to buy/sell another home in the area, Debbie will definitely be the first one I'd call. Thanks Debbie!

ZillowVERIFIED From the first time i met Mrs. Debbie Cook, I felt like we were in for a good experience. Debbie was always there for me no matter what time i called her. Debbie was very professional, courteous and personable. She guided me and assisted in scheduling all of the necessary building codes and repairs. Most of the repairs, she, would help me get in touch with the proper personnel to accomplish the task at hand. I could not have had a better person to keep me in focus and accomplish all of the task that I needed to accomplish and on time. Wow, what a blessing she was to Mandy, Chuck and Jem.

ZillowVERIFIED After reading all of the reviews, I knew that Debbie would be the realtor that we would be using to purchase our home. I began researching quite early, so I bookmarked her profile about a year in advance. When the time came, I contacted her and she did not disappoint. She was everything that I expected. She was very knowledgeable and quick to respond. I am a night owl and often emailed her late in the evening and was surprised that she was still up and working. She also responded quickly to texts and phone calls that we made during the day. We were new to the purchasing process but Debbie explained every detail along the way. She also ensured that we were present at all of the inspections, along with her. I was glad to see that all of the reviews were accurate and I had made the right decision. I will definitely be recommending Debbie to anyone in need of a realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot say enough about the professionalism and expertise of Debbie Cook. I live in San Francisco and needed a realtor that was able to manage my listing since I was not local. Given the house had many issues that needed repair prior to closing, Debbie skillfully negotiated, managed, and followed through with some very complicated repairs in order to help me close on my property. I had a realtor for 10 months prior to Debbie that didn't have one bite on my property but within a month of listing my property with Debbie, it went into contract. She knew the market well, priced it fairly, and used her network to make my house a priority. There is no question in my mind that you should put your listing in the hands of anyone else besides Debbie. She is by far the most professional business person that I have ever dealt with in Corpus Christi in any industry. I cannot recommend her more!

ZillowVERIFIED Debbie Cook was my real estate agent on my most recent real estate transaction. I had a home in Corpus Christi, Tx. that I need to sell as I had to relocate for work. I listed with Debbie before I moved and Debbie did an excellent jog getting the home listed and professional photos taken of it. During the process, Debbie kept me updated on showings and the progression of potential buyers. Debbie was instrumental in the final negations and helped me get a final selling price I was happy and comfortable with. She also helped with finding a contractor who took care of minor details that needed taken care of as I was not out of town and not able to make repairs myself. Debbie made sure all of the final paperwork was done electronically and all I needed to do was wait for the closing. All in all, I can say Debbie did a magnificent job and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great real estate agent in Corpus Christi.

ZillowVERIFIED We first met Debbie Cook when we bought our home last year. She was the realtor that was representing the seller of our present home. When it came time to sell our previous home, we called Debbie. We were surprised that she remembered us, because it had been over a year since we first met her. We decided on Debbie because all of her reviews are highly praised and her sales accomplishments reflect the five star ratings she gets from other sellers or buyers. She was very helpful and committed to us 100%. She answered all of our questions, either by phone, text or e-mail, and she was always available to help in any way. She gets to know you and we got to know her. She is very friendly and always greets you with a smile. It only took three days to get a contract on the home that we were selling. She handled any issues that came up and solved them. We will definitely use Debbie again if we ever need another home. So, we would highly recommend Debbie to anyone looking to purchase or sell a house.
