ZillowVERIFIEDAs a first time home buyer...which I never thought I could be....Debbie was terrific! Debbie is very professional, no pressure to hurry up and find something; she is very knowledgeable and assisted with the process step by step explaining what was going to happen before I could ask sometimes. Debbie went above and beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend. I would also like to thank Debbies assistant as well....Elaine! Thank you Debbie!!

ZillowVERIFIED We have met several realtors over the past 2 years and by far Debbie has shown an abundance of patience and kindness beyond our expectations to my husband and I. We are from Chicago with crazy work schedules and we babysit our 6 grandchildren and also take care of out elderly parents. She was flexible and understanding as we would call at crazy times and also cancel last minute. Debbie helped us learn which homes were best for us and was so knowledgeable about so many things in the area. We found our special home for our family and are forever grateful for her kindness. Thank you again Debbie.

ZillowVERIFIED Debbie provided great insight to the market and to what would best serve us. Great preparations for various showings, but what was probably the greatest key was how our house was shown on the internet!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Debbie sold my dads home in Twin Lakes Wisconsin, after his passing. I was so grateful for all her help. She is so professional but at the same time she feels like family. I was a real estate Broker/manager in Illinois for 25 years. In all my years, I truly believe Debbie Cobian was the best agent I have had the honor of working with. She knows her business but is compassionate, helpful and goes above and beyond for her clients. I would highly recommend her. You will be so happy you had the opportunity to work with her.

ZillowVERIFIED Debbie has great knowledge of the market in southeastern Wisconsin. Shes willing to work over the long term to help you find the right home. When an initial (contingent) offer didnt pan out, we put our search on hold to have our first child. Debbie never stopped reaching out to us, keeping us informed of possibilities in the area. Almost a year later we were back actively searching and wound up with an ideal home to start our family. We consider Debbie our friend now, and would absolutely recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Debbie is a joy to work with because she is easy to connect with, both in communication and in personality. We just closed on a home in Darien, having moved here from Michigan. Debbie gave us all the time we needed and the resources necessary to find our perfect home and negotiate a good deal. She went above and beyond the call of duty, not just in helping us find our home, but also in finding short-term rental housing in the in-between of selling our previous home and being able to move into our new home. The rental was a condo property of 8 units, where several of the occupants used Debbie years ago to help them, and they continue to use her for all their real estate needs, and I can certainly see why. She is the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Debbie was there for me every step of the transaction from listing my home and negotiating when an offer came in, to a successful closing. She also assisted with helping me find a lot to build a new home. Debbie is my "go to" agent.

ZillowVERIFIED We first met with Debbie when we visited Wisconsin several summers' ago and we stayed in touch throughout our move to Wisconsin. When we were ready to purchase a home she was very helpful and very professional. She was patient with us when we looked at several houses and gave us information on all of the houses. Thank you so so much Debbie.

ZillowVERIFIED Everything about the relationship was right on the mark, starting from helping us set the right price for the property. She developed an excellent "Virtual Tour" and all said and done, we had an accepted officer within two weeks of listing. Debbie is a pro's, PRO!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Debbie to anyone interested in working with a realtor! From the very beginning, I felt that Debbie listened when I described the type of house I was looking for and the price range that I needed to stay within. She not only "listened", but she also respected the criteria that I had to work within and she showed me houses within that parameter. What a breath of fresh air! She was extremely helpful through every step of my home purchase experience.

ZillowVERIFIED I was fortunate to have Debbie Cobian as my agent for the sale of my home. When we obtained a buyer and I was unable to find another home quickly, Debbie assisted in finding temporary housing for me and my family. She then helped me find the perfect lot to build a new home to suit my needs, using a local builder that worked closely with me to complete my home in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Debbie for all real estate needs.
