She came up with a way to package the home with another family lot and sold it quickly. In 2017, we needed to sell my late father-in-laws condo, Debbie Chennisi was the first call we made. It hadnt been updated in 20 years and she helped us decide what work needed to be done. Once finished, she listed it and sold it in two days for over asking price. ZillowVERIFIED I happened by chance to meet Debbie and her husband on ferry in NY. As in every real estate deal, there are complications and ours was no exception. Debbie had done considerable homework to earn the deal before we committed. We priced the house according to the comps and had 12 interested parties with offers. Two of the selected buyers had issues and we closed with the third. None of these issues were Debbie's fault and but that is the only reason she didn't get five stars across the board. Her attentiveness and forge forward attitude was great and exactly what we needed. If you are looking for someone to work hard for you and do the right thing this agent is the one for you. One recommendation, I would offer you as a seller, is consider this a BUSINESS transaction, taking the emotion out of it when selecting your buyer. Good luck!!!!

It was an estate sale so its sold "as Is". We were shocked we did list it right away with an open house planned a week later. It sold in four days before the open house for the asking price. It was quick, fast and a joy to work with her. She was very helpful while we were cleaning out the house finding us professionals to get some of the repairs that had to be done after the inspection. ZillowVERIFIED RUDE. Contacted her for a showing of a rental her and her husband own. She was relatively polite on the phone. When in the unit I was quickly ignored. Every question I asked was met with a bewildered look or "I don't know, this building is old." They did not seem to have any answers and were rude.

ZillowVERIFIED When I called I told Debbie which places I was interested in. She was very short with me and told me incorrect information about the home such as the move in date etc. She didn't help me out whatsoever. My boyfriend then called and talked to another woman who was helping rent out the home. She said pets were allowed in the apartment and the move in date was August 1st which was what we were looking for. Debbie had told us that no pets were allowed and the move in date was July 1st. She is unfriendly and standoffish. I wouldn't reccomend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED I was on a very brief phone call with Debbie and she was NOT friendly at all. When she answered the phone I announced who I was and simply told her I was interested in seeing two houses that were for rent in East Greenwich. She then said to me "Can you make this quick because I am on the other line, I'm showing a house tonight can you be there"? I told her I was working until 6 and wouldn't be able to make it then but would be interested in setting up an appointment. She said I would have to call her back to set something up. She was very rude and made it seem like I was wasting her time and bothering her with more important things she was doing. I did not appreciate this phone call at all and is making my experience with realtors even more unpleasant.
