She never once picked up the phone or made a suggestion-- and I was open to doing whatever she suggested. When I asked if the snow was blocking access for showings, she didnt respond. Very disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED We cant imagine a better real estate agent than Deb. She quickly realized what type of property we were interested in and how much we wanted to spend and zerod in on the right ones. However her impressive knowlege of the area and process pale to her delightful personality and respect and patience she demonstrated. For many years we have been searching for the right vacation cabin and previously dealt with many, if not all the realtors in the Moosehead Lake region. All were interested in selling us what they had on the market and didnt seem to understand our wants. When we didnt make a purchase, we didnt hear from them again. We even heard remarks during viewings that we werent serious about buying when actually they never presented us with a property we cared about. Not so with Deb! She listened to our concerns and the properties she showed us were very much what we wanted. Even after we choose the cabin we eventually purchased, she encouraged us to view a few others to make us feel comfortable with our decision. Her patience and charming personality quickly won us over. She didnt push us to come in at a higher bid but helped guide us to a price that we felt comfortable with. She was able to recommend excellent choices as to which bank to choose for financing and a great inspector to look at the property. Even though our home is hundreds of miles away we felt like we were next door with her prompt responsiveness to our questions that we would think of and even followed up with the bank to secure a closing date that would accommodate our travel needs. We feel that she really cared about us and wish we could give her more than the 5 stars allowed in this survey. Our only regret was that she wasnt the listing agent and didnt collect the entire commission because she really deserved it. I dont believe we would have made a purchase if we didnt meet her. She made us realize what a difference an agent can make to buyers and Im sure to sellers as well. We highly recommend her and should we ever sell this property or need to purchase another, Deb will be the first one we contact.

ZillowVERIFIED Debbie guided us through a difficult process for both her and us, but fortunately, did this with such command and competency, that we are now in our dream home and didnt go outside of our budget to acquire it. We were first time home buyers moving into the area and were not really sure what we were looking for. Deb helped us find the right home (out of literally a hundred to choose from) within two days. The home was in foreclosure and held by Fannie Mae, and anyone who knows what purchasing agents need to go through to get a deal with the federal government can understand just what service Deb provided for us. It takes incredible amounts of time, patience, negotiating skill, and savvy to get these deals through. Deb was able to work with all parties with equal results; professional, prompt, and skillful. We felt that she was a fantastic negotiator, and also that she was able to treat us as though we were her only responsibility during this time.
