ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I took over a year to find a house. Debbie was patient, helpful, and proactive in our search. The house we bought was exactly what we wanted in the area we really desired. Debbie made the buying process smooth and explained everything.
ZillowVERIFIEDDebbie is professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. She demonstrates awareness of the local market and responds to communications in a timely manner. Highly recommend.
ZillowVERIFIEDDeb is an absolute pleasure to do business. She is a true professional in her field. We have done multiple transactions using Deb as our real estate professional. I would not hesitate to use her again and would highly recommend her services!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe used Debbie both for the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. We were so thankful for her expertise! Thanks to her hard work, she was able to sell our house the day it listed (which was such a blessing with two small kids and a dog at home!). It took some time to find our new home, but she was patient and helpful throughout the process. She met us on short notice countless times so that we could see homes quickly after they listed, and she helped us find the perfect spot. She has continued to be a valuable resource for us as we've made improvements/repairs since we moved in. She was wonderful with our children and we all loved working with her. We would highly recommend Debbie to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
ZillowVERIFIEDDebbie is a knowledgeable agent who does her due diligence before she comes to see you. She will help you sell your house according to current values. She will help you buy a new home and be there every step of the way. I recommend her for anyone who want to buy or sell a new home.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe knew we were not ready to purchase a home quite yet, but we started looking at homes in the area so that we would have an idea of what to expect. Debbie was the listing agent on one of the homes that we looked at. Although we did not end up purchasing that home, we were very glad that we met Debbie. We knew right away that Debbie would be a great agent for us to work with. Homes in our market are selling very quickly so we knew that we would have to act fast if we were going to be able to purchase a home that we loved. Debbie was so responsive to us throughout the process. She knew our goals and made sure to accommodate us. We called Debbie on short notice several times and she was very quick to set up times for us to look at the homes we were interested in. Our favorite thing about Debbie is that she has a competitive side; she wants to get you into the right house with the best circumstances and terms possible. She will provide you with the right advice along the way to make sure that happens. Also, she is always thinking ahead. She was very organized and always knew what the next steps were to take; she always followed through and kept us informed as situations developed. We recommend Debbie 100%.
