ZillowVERIFIED We would recommend Debbie to anyone who is selling or buying property. Debbie was prompt with information and answers to our questions on any property we asked about. Debbie was flexible in her schedule when showing property we wanted to see. We felt Debbie took excellent care of presenting information so we could make a decision on whether the property suited our needs. And if it was not the right piece of property, she always came back with more listings with the same bright warm attitude. Debbie is always friendly, always has a smile on her face. Debbie would always respond to our requests via email or phone calls. She loves her job and it shows with her customer service and upbeat personality.

ZillowVERIFIED As we began our search for a new home, we saw several on the market that peaked our interest. We contacted multiple private sellers as well as listing realtors, only to find each home was already pending or sold. Because we were missing homes we really liked, we decided to contact a realtor to help us locate a home. We reached out to Debbie Butler, and are glad we did. She sent us current listing and plugged us in so we were alerted as soon as a home hit the market. When a house became available, we contacted Debbie and she got right to work on our behalf. We subsequently purchased the home and love our new place and neighborhood!Debbie was knowledgeable, helpful, low pressure and very responsive throughout the process. She continually updated us on the progress of our purchase so there was no wondering or guessing. We highly recommend Debbie if you are looking to purchase or sale a home. Joshua & Sarah

ZillowVERIFIED Debbie definitely went above and beyond right from the start. She knew what we wanted, went to work, and actually found our house on Craigslist! She continued to be on top of everything throughout the whole process. She left town a couple times and either made herself available or she planned ahead to make sure nothing got missed. She walked us through every step along the way, answered every question we had, often before we even knew to ask. We felt comfortable with her advice and negotiations to make sure we got a fair deal but also making sure we got the house we wanted. I would highly recommend Debbie to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Debbie contacted me proactively about selling my property (farm land). Coincidentally I was getting ready to do just that. She was able to quickly find a buyer and negotiated top dollar on the sale. The process went smoothly and closed quickly - I'm very happy with her services and the process as a whole.

ZillowVERIFIED Debbie was referred to me by a friend. I called Debbie and scheduled an appointment for a Sunday morning at the home we wanted to sell. We, my wife, Debbie and myself talked for about an hour and a half discussing what we had done with the house, how much we thought it was worth. Debbie explained to us how she would market the house and she was positive that the house would sell quickly, well it did. The house was listed one day and we had a full price offer the next day. Unfortunately the buyers fell out because of family problems in California but we had another full price offer the next day. Debbie listens, knows the market, communicates with the client with advice and what is going on with selling the house. It is my opinion I could not have found some better that Debbie Butler!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Debbie is by far one of the best Real Estate Brokers I've ever known, and I've known many having previously worked in Real Estate Escrow, Mortgage and Title. She knows what she's doing and stays right on top of all the important steps in a transaction, and she never drops the ball. Her communication skills and responsiveness are amazing. She has represented us as both Buyer and Seller in different transactions, and she gets our highest recommendation.

ZillowVERIFIED We were impressed with Debbie immediately. We had listed the property 3 previous times with different realtors. We had more showings with Debbie than with anyone else. Her friendly, businesslike nature is very pleasant and we felt very comfortable. Her knowledge of the area and creative marketing strategies were much appreciated. We quickly learned that if she said she would do something --- we could consider it done. We would highly recommend Debbie. If we were staying in the area she would be the ONLY realtor we would ever use.

ZillowVERIFIED Debbie was the perfect agent for us. She was on top of everything from the beginning when we first met her. She kept us in the loop on every aspect of the transaction and because of her knowledge of the real estate business and exactly where to post our listing, we actually had our first contact within a couple of hours of our property being listed. Although we didn't go with our first offer we did have 2 more offers the following week and with her help we accepted the 3rd offer. We would highly recommend Debbie to anyone that is looking for an agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Debbie has been the all around realtor for us. She advised us on the sale of our house and got it sold in what we considered record time. She has been helping us with locating a home to buy and at this time seems to have successfully achieved that, all we are doing is waiting for the close. We would like to preface this with we have been difficult because of the type of loan we are using. She has been very patient and very understanding along with always there with advice, keeping us on the right track.

ZillowVERIFIED Debbie is a wonderful realtor and person. I have had the chance to know her personally now for a couple years, and when it came time for my parents to find someone with experience and knowledge helping them sell their old and home and find their current one I knew that NO ONE would be a better choice than Debbie. She is patient, calm, understanding, knowledgeable and tough when its time to be tough. She showed nothing but kindness to my parents who are older, and listened to all the concerns as they popped up. I would and will HIGHLY recommend her to all my friends and family looking to buy property in Oregon.

ZillowVERIFIED Debbie took so much time with me and my decision to purchase a home. She got to know me and what my needs were in a home. She listened carefully and always took my calls and responded quickly if she was busy helping others. I never worried about a phone call not being answered or an email or text message being ignored. She was so quick to respond. I considered her being busy meant she is one of the best. AND SHE IS! I will recommend her services to everyone I know who is looking for a home or selling a home. She really cares about who she is helping. She honestly knows what client service means.

ZillowVERIFIED Debbie did a wonderful job finding and helping us purchase our new home! She showed us as many homes as we wanted(some multiple times) and worked around our busy schedules. She was friendly and knowledgable about the whole process, which made buying our dream house an easy task. When we bought our last house it was a huge hassle due to an inexperienced realtor. Bottom line, Debbie did an amazing job and we are very grateful to her! I definitely recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED From the day I was in contact with Debbie she ALWAYS responded within 30 min. At the most. We wrote three offers on homes in our search and finally got a fabulous place. Debbie was/is like a great friend, she went above and beyond my expectations and never tried to "push" us in to anything, a common feeling from past realtors I've worked with. I highly recommend Debbie Butler to anyone looking to buy/sell real estate!
