Debbie was amazing in her strategy and skills when we were bidding for our new home. She was hands on, and proficient when it came to negotiating the repairs the home inspector recommended.For the sale of our home(s), she was very professional and guided us from the very beginning, with the of staging our homes, through the sales and settlement process. Debbie Bullinger was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her vivacious nature and keen professional sense managed every detail of the real estate listing/sale during what was a difficult experience in transitioning my parent who wasn't sure she was ready to scale down for safety. Debbie was wonderful and is a very knowledgeable agent! She was very detailed in the sale of our home and listened very carefully to exactly what we wanted in our new house. I contacted Debbie by way of a referral from one of her past clients, as I was interested in purchasing or renting a home in Baltimore. Being from Dallas Ft-Worth, I had no knowledge of the area and relied heavily on Debbie's expertise in locating a safe, convenient, and affluent area in which to live after accepting a job in Hunt Valley, MD. Debbie was constantly sending me updates on properties in the areas that she recommended, all of which were in my price range and looked the most like "home" to me. She was able to send me listings of homes that were just listed on the market and that matched my wants and needs exactly. Ultimately, my situation changed and I decided not to accept the position or move to Baltimore, but Debbie was an outstanding realtor nonetheless, and I wouild give her my highest recommendation.

Debbie helped us to locate and purchase our dream home! She was patient throughout the entire process, even though I had very specific needs and particular tastes, and we insisted on seeing many, many homes (And after all the showings, We ended up buying the very 1st one!) I also suffered through fears of buyers remorse after Debbie submitted the offer and we began the inspection process; but she calmed my nerves, and was knowledgable and totally on point when it came time to make the most competitive and reasonable offer on the home. The contract she submitted for us was perfect, and the sellers' realtor said she was a breath of fresh air to work with as she was clearly a very seasoned realtor. She was also pretty aggressive when it came time to working out some repair items with the seller's agent, post-inspection. She really did have my best interests at heart and truly cared about making such a stressful experience as pleasant as possible for us. We couldn't be happier in our new home and I highly recommend Debbie for all of your buying, and selling, needs.
