Being from Dallas Ft-Worth, I had no knowledge of the area and relied heavily on Debbie's expertise in locating a safe, convenient, and affluent area in which to live after accepting a job in Hunt Valley, MD. Debbie was constantly sending me updates on properties in the areas that she recommended, all of which were in my price range and looked the most like "home" to me. She was patient throughout the entire process, even though I had very specific needs and particular tastes, and we insisted on seeing many, many homes (And after all the showings, We ended up buying the very 1st one!) I also suffered through fears of buyers remorse after Debbie submitted the offer and we began the inspection process; but she calmed my nerves, and was knowledgable and totally on point when it came time to make the most competitive and reasonable offer on the home. The contract she submitted for us was perfect, and the sellers' realtor said she was a breath of fresh air to work with as she was clearly a very seasoned realtor. She was also pretty aggressive when it came time to working out some repair items with the seller's agent, post-inspection. She really did have my best interests at heart and truly cared about making such a stressful experience as pleasant as possible for us.
