ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I moved to Astoria from Atlanta, GA. This was a BIG deal for us. My husband moved here and then I was flying in on weekends to find homes. We had NO clue what we wanted, about the are or basically what the heck we were doing. We were referred to Bree's team, my husband met with Bree and spent a few days looking with her and then I spent basically a long weekend monopolizing all of Deb's time. We LOVE our home and are so grateful for Bree and Deb. They even have had mixers and tried to introduce us to their other clients that have moved to the area. I have had the pleasure of interacting with other members of Bree's team, Deb is my favorite, but you will be in good hands with anyone from this awesome group of people. I know this review sounds fluffy and kind, but bottom line Deb worked really hard to get an awesome deal for us.

They had someone come and stage our house, give us a list of things to change/move/clean before pictures, then had a photographer come make our house look amazing! We accepted an offer 4 days after putting it on the market. We are still in escrow, but I have no doubt Deb will keep things going just as smoothly as the past month has gone. I highly recommend them!

They are well connected, hard-working, and very professional. Our agent, Deb, was very knowledgeable about current home listings, readily available to show us houses at times that worked for our busy schedules, and she even used her professional and personal networks to get us critical background info to inform our decision-making process. She also made herself available via phone and email pretty much around the clock. We felt well supported. Even when our agent was out of town for a conference, she worked quickly and effectively with her colleagues to get us the information we needed and to get our offer submitted the same day that we decided to move ahead. Also, she constructed our offer with expertise, which allowed us to buy the house we wanted amid competing offers.
