She was also very patient when initially we lost couple of properties due to being slightly short on the price or not ready to counter with an increase given higher expectations from the sellers side. She also helped connecting us with a good mortgage agent, who was able to complete our mortgage in a timely manner. Another aspect we really liked about Deb was her deep expertise in the local market and understanding of the rental needs for various areas which helped us select a property which was a right fit in terms of taxes and the long term investment.
