Dealing with absentee homeowners created additional work and challenges for Parker & Co., but Deb took each problem on cheerfully and efficiently. She made all of the arrangements for repairs and cleaning before we listed the property and when inspection report problems needed attention. She held numerous open houses, gave us good feedback from realtors who had shown the house. She gave us a report every month about comparable homes in the Billings area that had been listed or sold and kept us informed about the Billings real estate market every step of the way. She made suggestions for marketing and keeping our listing aEURoefresh.aEUR? When we were negotiating the terms of our sale she made good suggestions we hadn't thought of. Deb Parker was at the top of that list. Deb has a strong understanding of the Billings market and after our initial meeting she was able to identify the neighborhoods and areas that would meet our needs. With a limited inventory of houses for sale, Deb sent postcards to our desired areas and immediately got us showings at three different homes that were never on the market. We ended up buying one of those homes and have been extremely impressed with Deb's follow through and extensive knowledge of the buying process. ZillowVERIFIED Having what we assumed would be a realtively simple sale turned into a test of patience. Deb led the way after a botched appriasal threatened to ruin the sale of the house. I had moved on to my new home in SD and expected the sale of my house in MT go smoothly when the apprasier made a big mistake and the buyers bank balked and backed out. Deb helped move the buyer along to a new lender and had the house re-appraised and we finally got the house closed. I can't give Deb enough credit for hard work she put in to this house sale.

She was helpful and professional. She was present at closing and the final walk through to make sure we got all of our buy-sell conditions addressed. We had an issue at our closing with water rights and she very calmly helped to get it handled. The sellers seemed to really like her as well. She is knowledgable about real estate and isn't afraid to say when she doesn't know the answer. Deb was referred to me by a retired realtor who I had dealt with in the past, and whom I have very much respect for. When I met Deb, she listened to my concerns with the property I was wanting to sell. The property was my Mother's home, and I was listing and selling the home on behalf of my Mother, who had recently passed away. During a very hard time for me, Deb listened to my concerns and answered my questions, and then proceeded with her expertise in listing the property. The virtual tour she posted on the internet, displaying the property, was very professionally done. I asked Deb if she minded putting a lock box on the house since it was an estate matter. Every time a realtor wanted to show the property, they had to contact Deb to let them into the home to show it. She met every realtor, every time, that showed the property and got back to me with feedback the same day. Deb was super patient, understanding, reachable and reliable. We literally spoke to Deb or were with her on a daily basis for 6 months!
